The Work You’ll Do
- Responsible for providing legal support to taxpayers and ensuring proper resolution of queries related to tax law and regulations.
- Collect customer feedback and develop reports that highlight customer satisfaction trends.
- Follows all relevant legal support department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions and ensures that work is done in a consistent and consistent manner.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improving business processes, reducing costs and improving productivity.
- Promote implementation and adherence to policies, processes and operating procedures for others within the Legal Support Department.
- Coordinate with the Policy and Legislation Department to resolve incoming taxpayer inquiries related to legal interpretations of tax law and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
